rough one for me. got up too late to get in a run. worked hard all day, then had to get over to big river again and cover the store. by the time ben got over to pick me up and we got home, i went straight into what we call "bum mode." yes, a big hooded sweatshirt is involved and a lot of curling up on the couch. ben went out with tim bradley to trivia night and beyond. i just wasn't up to it. didn't get a run in. just hard to find motivation.
